Adam Kulick, Partner

Adam develops strategy and raises capital to expand the group’s businesses, and is a founder member of Goldcrest Capital Partners LLP and Goldcrest Film Finance LLP. Since joining in 2006, Goldcrest Film Finance has executed transactions on 18 films, including projects for Dreamworks, Paramount and Summit, which have cumulatively grossed over $1 billion in box office revenues and have included 4 top spots at the US box office. Adam‘s background includes 12 years on Wall Street, most recently as a Managing Director in Debt Markets at Merrill Lynch, and before that in various corporate finance positions at Citigroup. Adam holds a BA with Honors from Brown University, an MBA from The Wharton School, and has won numerous prizes for deals (including Derivatives Deal of the Year from Institutional Investor magazine).

Anthony Walters, Director

Anthony joined Goldcrest in October 2006, assisting in the establishment and growth of Goldcrest’s film financing activities. Prior to joining Goldcrest, Anthony spent three years at Baker Street Media Finance where he was involved in the financing of numerous UK feature films including Ladies in Lavender, starring Judi Dench and Maggie Smith, Green Street Hooligans and the award winning My Summer of Love. Anthony has also consulted on film finance for a number of independent producers and production companies.

Michael Budd

Michael joined Goldcrest in September 2009 to develop financial structures and raise investor capital. He has over 12 years private client tax experience, having worked at Smith & Williamson and HSBC Private Bank (UK) Limited. More recently, Michael worked for a leading film and structured finance company where he was responsible for developing innovative investment propositions, both with media assets and financial instruments. Michael is a member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Association of Taxation Technicians.

Oliver Andlaw

Oliver has worked with Goldcrest since June 2008 and joined full time as Finance Director in April 2010. He oversees the financial management of both Goldcrest Film Finance and Goldcrest Capital Partners, including control and statutory reporting, and assists with the development of business opportunities and financial structures. Oliver has over 10 years experience, founding and running a consultancy firm for two years  and working in both medium and large accountancy practices, most recently at Mazars LLP where he serviced SME’s and mid corporate clients including those within the Media & Entertainment sector. He has further experience in structured corporate finance, grooming and marketing SME businesses for sale and financial modelling. Oliver is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Nadia Ward

Nadia has over 10 years experience in film, encompassing stints at BFI Production, The Script Factory, Haystack Productions, The Works International and Momentum Pictures in various capacities. Her responsibilities as Acquisitions Consultant for Goldcrest include tracking potential projects on behalf of the companies and LLPs to which Goldcrest is an adviser.

Pietro Greppi

Pietro joined Goldcrest in January 2009 to assist in Sales and Marketing and subsequently transferred to Acquisitions. Pietro graduated with a BFA with Honors in Film & Television from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, then studied Management for the Arts & Media at Bocconi University in Milan before gaining experience in New York, where he interned in Development at Killer Films and worked in Marketing and International Sales for two years at Magnolia Pictures.

Thomas Mann

Thomas joined Goldcrest as an intern in 2009 after graduating with a First Class degree in Oriental Studies from Cambridge University. In 2010 he moved into a permanent position as an assistant in the Film Finance and Acquisitions departments.
