Goldcrest Post introduce SplashLive Multiview 3D technology for Advertising
Goldcrest Post recently hosted a SplashLive 3 day event for the New York advertising industry to a standing-room only audience.
Managing Director, Tim Spitzer, developed the toolset in conjunction with Goldcrest 3D artists Katie Hinsen and Moritz Fortmann over the past year and is excited about the buzz it’s creating already in the advertising community. “The stunning visual results and potential applications for promotional content are really exciting. One of the remarkable aspects of Goldcrest’s SplashLive process is that content created for broadcast or internet can now find high-impact added value in POP displays, windows, lobbies, clubs, bars, casinos, theaters, museums, … in just about any public space outside the home.
No longer does visual content have to be uniquely created for glasses-free 3D displays—a potentially expensive and time consuming process. With SplashLive pre-existing 2D or stereoscopic content can readily be re-purposed and dramatically enhanced. Because of the unique character of Multiview, the depth of the image, and extent of the 3 dimensional effects are all controllable to create the appropriate desired impact from curiously eye-catching to high-impact visual rides."
A SplashLive event will also be hosted at Goldcrest’s London based facility in the New Year. Please register your interest by emailing Rebecca Adams at radams@goldcrestpost.co.uk. For more technical information contact Tim Spitzer at tspitzer@goldcrestpost.com.
